Background
We are looking for a Senior Consultant Microsoft 365 / Azure to join our growing team and take on exciting customer projects in the Modern Workplace and Azure space. You will work closely with clients to design, implement, and optimize Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, while acting as a trusted advisor throughout the entire project lifecycle. Tasks
- Design, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft 365 workloads (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Intune, Entra ID)
- Architecture and deployment of Azure-based solutions, including identity, security, and hybrid connectivity
- Requirements analysis and technical consulting for customers across various industries
- Creation of technical concepts, documentation, and solution designs
- Migration projects from on-premises environments to Microsoft 365 / Azure
- Conducting workshops and training sessions for customer IT teams and end users
- Acting as a technical point of contact throughout project delivery and hypercare phases
- Staying current with Microsoft roadmap updates and proactively recommending improvements to customer environments
What You Bring:
- Completed IT training or degree, combined with solid professional experience in Microsoft technologies
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Intune, Entra ID / Azure AD)
- Good understanding of Azure services and hybrid cloud architectures
- Experience with Modern Workplace concepts and end-user productivity solutions
- Microsoft certifications (e.g. MS-700, MS-102, AZ-104, AZ-305) are a strong advantage
- High customer orientation, independent working style, and genuine enthusiasm for technology
- Comfortable with agile working methods and cross-functional project teams
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
