- Onsite, as well as remote support (1st & 2nd level support)
- Ticketsystem and documentation
- Support with hard- and software problems
- Implementation/execution of hardware & software rollouts
- Assignment/Granting of rights in the Active Directory
Requirements:
- A completed training/education in the IT environment, e.g. as an IT specialist for system integration, IT merchant or comparable professional experience.
- Knowledge in the general hardware environment (PC, printer and other peripherals)
- Expertise in Win10, MS Office
- Language skills in English and German
